'Stop forcible conversions, ban New Life'

September 18, 2008
But a person in distress is ready to do anything to ensure that his or her life is better. What are you doing for such people? Why is the Bajrang Dal just talking about conversions?

We are not just talking. We have been standing up for those persons in distress. Let people come forward and tell us about people who need our help and we are ready to stand by these people. I assure you that we are ready to even give our lives to help such people.

Is there an immediate solution to this problem? What are your demands and what do you think the government should do?

Yes, there is. Stop forcible conversions, ban New Life. These things ought to be done at the earliest and I should say that if we find that people are being converted forcibly, we will not tolerate it.
