The prosecution has challenged the interim relief granted to Raj in his anticipatory bail application, claiming it to be SC issues notice to Maharashtra government over MNS attacks "Once Raj's custody has been transferred to the railway police in another case, the sessions court cannot grant him relief in that matter. The relief should have been granted by the Kalyan railway court," Special Public Prosecutor Rohini Salian told PTI.
