"Yeh Jaipur main kya ho gaya? (What just happened in Jaipur)� was the first question came to my mind when I heard about bomb blasts," says Anil Agrawal, industrialist and a resident of Jaipur.

Agrawal lost one of his relatives in the serial blasts.

"We are Maheshwaris and today being Tuesday, our relative had gone to the Hanuman [Images] temple. While coming back she was hit by the bomb blasts. My relatives are still in hospital and keeping me informed."

"One should not be surprised if the blast casualties reached near 100," he says.

IB: Why smaller towns are targets

"Aise blasts honge, aisa to kabhi socha nahin tha (we never thought such blasts would happen). We are completely stumped; Jaipur is booming with development and business. Jaipur is so peaceful that we return home at midnight without fear.

"People are asking only one question -- when Hindus and Muslims are not having tensions and when we are living peacefully, then why these blasts? It is beyond our comprehension that Jaipur can be targeted."

The industrialist points out, "More than 12 years ago, Jaipur had witnessed communal riots. But we never thought there was any tension between Hindus and Muslims. We all live in harmony."
