Two British nationals and an Indian were acquitted on Wednesday by the Mumbai high court of charges of molestation and indulging in paedophilia at Three Children's Shelter Home run by them.

British nationals-- Duncan Grant and Allen Waters and the Indian William Desouza-- who were involved in running of the Three Children Shelter Home, were convicted by a sessions court in March 2006.

The trio were acquitted by justice Bilal Nazki after the case of the prosecution was disbelieved by the court due to lack of evidence.
