Jailbirds a hit in Parliament House

Jailbirds were the cynosure of all eyes in the Lok Sabha on Monday as the House took up the debate on the trust vote with every single member becoming crucial for the nail-biting contest.

As Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav and Mohammad Shahabuddin -- MPs of Rashtriya Janata Dal -- came out of jail and reached the Parliament to participate in the confidence vote, camerapersons jostled with each other to click the duo.

Similarly, Ateeq Ahmed, Samajwadi Party member from Phulpur, was in the media spotlight as was Suraj Bhan of Lok Janshakti Party as they entered the Parliament.

The LJP MP from Bihar walked hand in hand with his Lok Sabha party colleague Ram Chandra Paswan, brother of party chief Ram Vilas Paswan.

Kuldeep Bishnoi, a Haryana MP, who defected from Congress to the opposition camp, also attracted considerable attention from the media.
