Two personnel of the Railway Protection Force allegedly threw Raju Kumar, a 8-year-old-boy, out of a moving express train on Sunday evening.

The incident occurred near the Hajipur railway station in Bihar and the boy, who was seriously injured, was admitted in a nearby hospital.

Police sources said that Raju Kumar, a vendor selling gutka , was thrown out of the train after he refused to give free gutka to the two men..

"The RPF men had tried to snatch the gutka from Raju, who resisted. This angered them and they pushed him out of the running train," police sources told rediff.com.

Doctors treating Raju Kumar said that he was still unconscious and his condition was critical.

However, even three hours after the boy was thrown out of the running train, no first information report had been lodged against the two accused RPF men.

Family members of Raju Kumar have demanded that immediate action be taken against the two RPF men.
