All the 14 accused, arrested in connection with the molestation of two NRI women in Mumbai on New Year day, were released from the jail after a local court on Tuesday completed their bail formalities.

"All the fourteen were released at 6.30 pm, after we received the release orders issued by the court. Generally, we do not release inmates after 5.30 pm but there is no bar on the timings, especially when there are several  of them," said jail superintendent Swati Sathe.

The men had been arrested on January 4, three days after the incident outside a five-star hotel in suburban Juhu. All of them were granted bail last week.
