SC allows de-sealing of commercial premises in Delhi

The Supreme Court has allowed the de-sealing of commercial premises in unauthorised colonies in New Delhi in accordance with the January 30 notification of the Centre. However, the owners will have to give an undertaking stating that they will abide with the final order, ordered the apex court. Further details are awaited.
