Raj Thackeray faces arrest

The Mumbai Police lodged an FIR against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray on February 11 for inciting violence in the city through his controversial remarks.
Thackeray has been booked under Section 153, for wantonly giving rise to provocation with intent to cause riot and Section 153 A, for promoting enmity between groups on the basis of place of birth, residence, etc.
