Indian Defence Minister A K Antony had said that New Delhi [Images] was not planning any military action against Pakistan, while stressing that the neighbouring country will have to take action against terrorists there for the relations to improve. "The reiteration of the principle that war is no solution on either side surely will help in improving the present climate of relations," Babar said.
