Art of Living to conduct trauma relief workshops in Mumbai

In the aftermath of the Mumbai terror attacks, the Art of Living Foundation will offer free trauma relief workshops for Mumbaikars from December 1.These sessions will be conducted in South and Central Mumbai and will be open to all.


The workshop is a module which is for an hour a day for three days, will focus on helping people cope with the after effects and return to a calmer state of mind. Trauma in the long run can result in physical, mental and psychological disorders like insomnia, hyper sensitivity, hyper vigilance, fatigue, depression, increased dependency on alcohol, helplessness, anxiety, intense psychological distress.


Trauma relief workshops conducted by the Art of Living have been extremely effective in helping individuals regain mental and emotional balance and relief from these sorts of disorders.
