Japanese Foreign Minister meets Pranab Mukherjee

Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Koumura and his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee met in New Delhi to discuss the Indo-US atomic energy pact and other regional issues on Tuesday. Koumura is the first top envoy from a member of the Nuclear Suppliers Group to visit India since the IAEA approved a pact with New Delhi.
