Assam: 4 ULFA militants arrested K Anurag in Guwahati | September 23, 2007 15:08 IST The arrested militants -- armed with rocket launchers, grenades and pistols -- were hiding in the residence of a villager after killing one Ratan Deka, an employee of a college in Guwahati, on Friday night.
