No real surprise there. India ranks poorly in the Men's Health magazine's survey to find out where on earth men are the healthiest, have the best muscles, the best sex, least stress, and the smartest diets.

In nutrition, fitness, work/stress, and health, India scored an F.

In sex, however, the country of half a billion men scored an A.

But which country's men top the survey?

Portugal, Spain, Canada [Images], Italy [Images] and Greece top the list of well-fed men. Ukraine boasts of the worst diet, and Indian men have the second worst diet.

To arrive at this ranking, Men's Health considered each country's per capita consumption of fish, vegetables, fruit, breakfast, tea, sweets, and takeout and fast food.

If it's fitness you are looking at, men from the Netherlands are the tops, followed by Canada, Poland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

The most sedentary men are from Romania.

For this ranking, Men's Health crunched obesity rates, strength (from situps and pushups), time spent exercising each week, and six-pack prevalence (the survey was obviously done before SRK [Images] developed his abs).

And if's work-related stress, men in these countries have struck a wonderful work-home schedule: Spanish men relax the most, followed by Canada, Australia, the United States and Romania.

The most-stressed men are in India, but you already knew that.

For this ranking Men's Health surveyed workweek hours, vacation time, happiness, commutes, spending on leisure, and whether men check work email at home.

Nations where the men are the healthiest are Australia, the Netherlands, Spain, Canada and the United States.

The unhealthiest men are in Ukraine, just below India and Romania.

For this, Men's Health considered death rates for heart disease, cancer, and stroke; prevalence of diabetes and smoking; and data on life expectancy, cholesterol, blood pressure, sleep, and alcohol.

Countries where the men have sensational sex lives are the UK, Poland, the Netherlands, Romania, Philippines and India.

It's not immediately known, however, whether Indian women have a great sex life too.

Italian men have the worst sex life.

Men's Health said they began the study by conducting a worldwife survey of more than 20,000 men, after which they went deep into data from various sources like the World Health Organisation, Euromonitor International, International Labour Organisation, and the Durex Global Sex Survey.
