J&K: Army foils infiltration bid Mukhtar Ahmad in Srinagar | September 10, 2007 10:04 IST This was the second infiltration attempt in last two days. A defence spokesman said the movement of militants was picked up by alert troops of 14 Bihar regiment on the LoC in the north Kashmir's Baramulla sector. "The intruders were surrounded and challenged. They opened fire at the troops, which was returned, resulting in a gun battle at the end of which four militants were killed," Lt Col.
