A German tourist, currently on parole, has filed a complaint against the driver and conductor of the bus she was travelling in of allegedly outraging her modesty.

Alexandra, the German national, said in her complaint with the Pushkar police on Sunday night that the driver and conductor outraged her modesty on May 16 during her journey from Ajmer to Pushkar, Manaram, the SHO of Puskhar police station, told PTI.

A case was registered against the unidentified persons under Section 354 of the IPC (criminal assault to outrage the modesty of a woman).

The incident occured when there was no other passenger in the bus, the FIR said.

No arrests have been made in this connection, Manaram said adding, the medical examination of the woman was yet to be conducted.

Alexendra was earlier booked under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances Act for allegedly possessing 603 grams of charas on November 10, 2006, with two other accomplices and is currently on parole.

Last year, two cases of rape of foreign tourists were reported from the Ajmer and Alwar districts of Rajasthan. The culprits accused of raping a Japanese and a German were prosecuted by the respective fast track courts.
