Mulayam elected SP Legislature Party leader

Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav was on Sunday unanimously elected leader of the 97-member SP Legislature Party at its meeting.

Emerging out of the meeting, SP leader Azam Khan told reporters that 'Mulayam is not just the leader of our Legislature Party but also the leader of our hearts'.

The Samajwadi Party was defeated in the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls, garnering only 97 seats.
