Amidst tight security National Socialist Council of Nagalim general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah arrived in Kohima and drove straight to Camp Hebron, headquarters of the outfit, about 40 km away from Dimapur.

Muivah flew from New Delhi and landed at Dimapur airport, where he was given a brief civic reception by local officials.

Then he was taken to Camp Hebron with Z-plus security cover provided by the state government as per directions of the Union Home Ministry.

Rival faction NSCN-Khaplang had threatened Muivah if he came to Nagaland.
