Modi to take oath for third term as Gujarat CM on Dec 27 December 23, 2007 14:27 IST Last Updated: December 23, 2007 17:48 IST Narendra Modi [Images] will be sworn in as the Chief Minister of Gujarat for the third time on December 27. Governor Naval Kishore Sharma will administer the oath of office to Modi. Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leaders, including party president Rajnath Singh, L K Advani and party in-charge of Gujarat affairs Arun Jaitley, are expected to participate in the ceremony. The Election Commission is likely to issue a notification by Monday. The term of the current assembly ends on December 26.
