An anonymous donor has given $4,000 to add to the $1,000 reward being offered for information leading to arrests and indictments in the December 13 killings of two Indian doctoral students at the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

Chandrasekhar Reddy Komma, 31, a biology student from Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, and Kiran Kumar Allam, 33, a chemistry student from Hyderabad, were killed at an apartment in the building near the campus.

The additional $4000, however, will only be paid for information that is received through the Crime Stoppers tip line before midnight Christmas Eve (Monday night, December 24th).

At that time the reward will revert to $1000.

Investigators continue to actively follow leads searching for at least three and possibly four suspects, who were believed be in a plain, older model light-colored Oldsmobile Alero.
