Prime Minister Manmohan Singh [Images] on Tuesday promised a 'second look' into any post-Godhra riot cases if grievances were justified in case the Congress comes to power in Gujarat.

Asked at a press conference in Ahmedabad whether the Congress, if it came to power, would take a relook at all the riot cases, Singh said, "I do not believe in the politics of vindictiveness. But if there are justified grievances that some cases were not attended to, then we will have a second look into them."
