The Bihar government has issued directives to screen Madhuri Dixit's [Images] comeback movie Aaja Nachle in cinema halls without the objectionable lines in a song.

"This decision was taken after the objectionable lines hurt a particular community," Patna District Magistrate B Rajender said.

Rajender said film distributors and cinema hall owners in Patna assured him that they would screen the film only after deleting the objectionable lines .

Earlier, Bihar Board of Religious Trust administrator Kishore Kunal demanded a ban on screening of the film and urged the President and prime minister to have the objectionable lines deleted.
