Sources in the Left Front on Monday revealed that the government is considering not operationalising the India-United States civil nuclear deal till the joint mechanism concludes its work.

Asked if there has been any breakthrough in discussions with the Left, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee did not comment and said, "Wait."
