Court summons Chandrababu Naidu in defamation case

A local court in  Anantapur has issued summons to Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu [Images], TDP member of Parliament M V Mysoora  Reddy, media baron Ramoji Rao and Andhra Jyothi owner Venuri Radhakrishna in connection with two defamation  suits.

 

Rayadurg junior civil judge Srinivasulu on Wednesday directed them to appear before the court on September 24.

 

Obulapuram Mining Company promoter Gali Janardhan Reddy, who is also a member of the Karnataka legislative council, has filed the defamation suit against Naidu, Reddy, Eenadu and Andhra Jyothi publishers for making defamatory remarks against him.
