Agni III test-fired: Congratulate our scientists

Its first test launch on July 9, 2006, was a failure.

But South Asia's most powerful nuclear-capable missile was successfully test-fired on April 12, putting to rest doubts about India's scientific capability.

It's a fine moment for our scientists at the Defence Research and Development Organisation, who have learned from the errors of last July's failed launch and showed the world that they are second to none.

Wish our scientists on their spectacular achievement!
