The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a petition filed by Bharti Yadav, seeking her deposition through video conferencing in the Nitish Katara murder case. A bench comprising Justice K G Balakrishnan and Justice D K Jain allowed Bharti, who is in England [Images], to withdraw her petition.
