September 18, 2006 19:18 IST
Two suspected Lashkar-e-Tayiba militants were arrested from Ahmedabad and several documents have been seized from them, police said.
"The two suspected militants of the LeT belong to a sleeper cell operating in the city. Several incriminating documents in Urdu and a letter pad of the outfit has been seized," a senior official of the crime branch told PTI.
Acting on intelligence reports, police raided a guest house in Kalupur area in the old city, leading to the arrests, he said.
