CBI wants death sentence for convicted Memons

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Friday sought death sentences for the four members of Memon family who were convicted for their roles in 1993 serial blasts. Four members of the Memon family -- Yakub, Essa, Yusuf and Rubina -- were found guilty on Tuesday. Three others -- Suleiman, Rahin and Hanifa � were set free by the special Terrorists And Disruptive Activities (Prevention) court, giving them the benefit of doubt.
