Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf on Monday said he looked forward to "substantive" talks with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh when they meet on the sidelines of the Non-Aligned Movement Summit in Havana later this week.

Dr Singh had earlier said that he would raise India's concerns with terrorism when he meets Musharraf in Havana.

India had suspended foreign secretary-level talks with Pakistan after the needle of suspicion pointed at Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Tayiba's involvement in the July 11 Mumbai train blasts. Both India and Pakistan had agreed to hold the talks in July.
