Namibia supports India's UNSC bid October 26, 2006 23:47 IST
Namibia on Thursday extended support to India's bid for permanent membership of the expanded United Nations Security Council. Visiting Namibian Foreign Minister Marco Hausiku conveyed his country's "strong support" to India's candidature for permanent membership of the Security Council during talks with External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee. The two ministers also exchanged views on the need for UNSC reforms.
