He is unarguably the most popular Indian President so far.

In the nearly five years that APJ Abdul Kalam [Images] has occupied Rashtrapati Bhavan [Images], he has transformed the presidency.

A people's President, Kalam has made it his mission to criss-cross the country, meeting youth, children, and citizens from all walks of life, infusing in them a sense of what India is all about, and where it is headed.

He must have met thousands of Indians in the course of his travels across the length and breadth of this glorious nation.

Are you one of those fortunate to have interacted with President Kalam during his travels? If so, tell us your memories of the man and his mission.
