Heavy firing, grenade blasts rock Srinagar

Exchange af gunfire and grenade blasts rocked the City Centre Lal Chowk area in Srinagar on Wednesday morning.

The firing and blasts led to panic with pedestrians and shoppers running for cover.

Roads were deserted in the area as security force reinforcements started arriving at the scene.
