In a bid to mark transparency, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar will release a "report card" on November 24, the day  his government completes one year in office.

Official sources said the one year report card is ready and has been formally approved by Nitish Kumar himself. "The report card will give details of moves initiated for development of state and to bringing the government machinery on track to improving law and order" officials said on Monday.

The report card will also focus on government success to attract over Rs 4,000 crore investment in sugar industry. It will make a point of image building for the state during the last year.

The report card records the formation of half a dozen commissions by Nitish government including Land Reforms Commission, Common School Commission.

Nitish Kumar had announced soon after becoming chief minister that his government will present a report card before people upon completion of one year in office.
