When asked how he felt being in India, Prachanda said that he was really thrilled about his visit." It is exciting. It feels good to be here," he replied. "This is my first visit as an over ground leader. I have been to India under cover earlier," he said. Minutes after landing at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Prachanda was held up at the immigration counter for few explanations. It took him half an hour before being allowed to proceed.
