As the sealing of unauthorised commercial establishments in residential premises resumed in the capital on Monday, agitating traders took out a protest march to the residence of Union Minister Ajay Maken. The scores of shopkeepers, led by Bharatiya Janata Party's leader in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi Subhash Arya and trade leaders, marched towards Maken's residence in Raja Garden in West Delhi. The march towards Maken's residence began from the marble market in Raja Garden. Meanwhile, the civic body resumed the court-ordered drive in Greater Kailash-I in South Delhi, after a weekend break. The MCD has so far sealed 353 properties for misuse of residential premises in South Delhi, after the drive was resumed on November 8.
