The condition of CPI (M) politburo member and secretary of the West Bengal unit, Anil Biswas, continued to be critical at a city nursing home where he underwent a second surgery following a brain haemorrhage on Saturday night, party sources said.Doctors said his condition was "critical but stable." A host of CPI (M) leaders, including party general secretary Prakash Karat [Images] and politburo members Sitaram Yechury and Brinda Karat visited the ailing leader at the nursing home.
