Bombay HC rejects Kasliwal's petition March 17, 2006 18:46 IST The Bombay High Court on Friday rejected the petition filed by Abhishek Kasliwal, scion of Shriram Mills, challenging the decision of the police to conduct lie detector and brain mapping tests on him. Kasliwal is accused of raping a 52-year-old woman on March 11. Currently, he is in police custody and is being taken to Bangalore for the scientific tests on Friday.
