June 22, 2006 17:27 IST

Delhi police, on Thursday, withdrew its plea to conduct a narco-analysis test on Rahul Mahajan, accused in a high-profile drug abuse case.

Police told Special Judge S N Gupta that at this point of the investigation they did not wish to conduct narco-analysis tests on Rahul, but wished to press their request for subjecting him to brain-mapping tests.
