Littering? Pay up on the spot

Metropolitan Magistrate Arya Virk holds court on the lawns of India Gate to hand out on-the-spot fines as part of the New Delhi Municipal Corporation's anti-littering drive.

The magistrate will be present at India Gate from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm everyday for at least a week.
