J&K: 5 injured in grenade attack

At least five persons were injured when militants exploded a grenade in the crowded Magam bus stand in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir [Images] on Tuesday, official sources said.

The grenade was hurled at the bus stand situated on Srinagar [Images]-Baramulla road, 24 km from Srinagar, around 11.10 am injuring five civilians, they said.

There was no movement of security forces at the time of the incident, the sources said. No militant outfit claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
