Trains services in Mumbai were temporarily hit on Monday evening following a bomb hoax.

Police control room sources said they got a call warning that a bomb has been planted at Dadar train station.

"We are checking just to be sure. Trains are now running normally and there is no problem. A bomb squad is checking the station," police control room sources said later.

On Saturday, a similar hoax was reported at suburban Vile Parle station on the Western line, which was hit by serial bomb blasts on July 11 killing about 200.
