In order to ensure physical development of youths of his constituency, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi [Images] has decided to establish Rajiv Gandhi gyms in all its blocks and has handed over the responsibility for the same to a core group.
Work on construction of the gyms is in the final stage in Shahgarh, Musafirkhana and Amethi, the core group members told reporters.
They said a gym would cost around Rs 2 lakh and 25 such gyms would be opened in the constituency.
A nominal Rs 1 would be charged from youths as entry fee to these gyms, they added.
