Popular film actor Khusbhoo Monday met City Police Commissioner R Nataraj and pleaded with him to take criminal action against the editor and publisher of the Indian edition of the UK-based English magazine Maxim, for publishing morphed photographs of her in its recent editon.

Nataraj told Khusbhoo to file a written complaint for registering a case against the magazine. The actor then told him that her advocate would file a written complaint.

Later, she told waiting reporters she would file a defamation suit before Madras high court and a criminal case at a lower court in Chennai against the editor and publisher of the magazine shortly.

She ruled out the possibility of any out of court settlement or pardoning the offence committed by the magazine.
