Popular South Indian actress Khushboo, who had triggered a row with her remarks on pre-marital sex among girls, has decided to sue a London-based magazine for publishing an allegedly immodest picture of hers in its latest edition.

The actress's lawyer Karthikeyan told PTI that Khushboo had decided to sue the magazine, Maxim, some time next week, after its Indian edition, 'used a morphed picture, depicting her in a two-piece suit'.

He said a criminal defamation suit would be filed in the court of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in the city, a criminal complaint against the publisher with the city police under Section 292 (A) of Indian Penal Code for violation of an Act which protects women from indecent representation and the third in the High Court, claiming damages.

The quantum of damage was yet to be decided.
