Ignore Kumaraswamy's letter: CM to Governor

Karnataka Chief Minister N Dharam Singh, whose government is on the brink of collapse, told Governor T N Chaturvedi on Wednesday night not to act on the letter submitted by Janata Dal (Secular) faction, led by H D Kumaraswamy, withdrawing support to his government.

Singh urged Chaturvedi not to take cognisance of the letter and apprised him of the latest political situation, official sources said.

The chief minister was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister M P Prakash, senior ministers P G R Sindhia, H K Patil, Mallikarjun Kharge and R V Deshpande.
