Pakistan has proof of Indian involvement in Baluch unrest
January 09, 2006 21:23 IST
Pakistan on Monday claimed that it had evidence with regard to its allegation that India was involved in the unrest in Balochistan province and that a decision on sharing it with New Delhi would be taken later.
"What the President of Pakistan said about Indian interference in our internal affairs in Balochistan and what the government of Pakistan said earlier has been very clear, I need not add anything to that," Pakistan Foreign Office Spokesperson Tasnim Aslam told reporters in Islamabad.
"At the moment we are processing the information we have and a decision about sharing this evidence with India and others will be taken later," she said.
Musharraf had, in an interview to a news channel, claimed there was lot of evidence of Indian involvement in Balochistan but he would not like to comment on it.
