Patna: Ten bogies of train derail, some passengers sustain injuries

Ten bogies of Guwahati-Delhi Sampark Kranti Express derailed near Mokama railway station in Patna district Sunday morning, injuring some passengers.

The bogies jumped off the track between Barahia and Rampur Dumra stations, an East Central Railway spokesman told PTI.

"There are no reports of any deaths, but some passengers might have suffered minor injuries," he said.

ECR General Manager K C Jena and other top railway officials have rushed to the scene.
