Rashtriya Janata Dal president Lalu Prasad Yadav faces fresh trouble after Bihar police decided to move a local court against him for landing a chopper in a school ground in Garwah to campaign during Jharkhand assembly elections on January 29.
"We will forward the investigation report to Garwah chief judicial magistrate, Superintendent of Police Deepak Kumar told PTI on phone.
He, however, was not forthcoming when asked whether the police would seek arrest warrant of the railway minister.
"It is the court to decide," he said.
