Jammu and Kashmir [Images] Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed on Thursday night declined to comment on the Congress' decision to take over the reins of power in the state under the power-sharing pact with his party PDP.
"I would not like to make any comments now," Sayeed said soon after Congress announced in New Delhi that its senior leader Ghulam [Images] Nabi Azad would be the next chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
