12 SAP jawans injured in Assam October 21, 2005 11:28 IST Twelve jawans of State Armed Police were injured, four of them seriously, when a vehicle carrying them overturned at Dudhia, about 20 km from Siliguri on Thursday, P T Sherpa, Commandant of 12th battalion, SAP, said on Friday. The 12 injured cops were being treated in a local nursing home. The condition of Sub-Inspector Biten Narjinari and Assistant Sub-Inspector Anil Barman, who suffered head injuries, were critical, nursing home sources said.
